Healing Scriptures for Cancer

Jeremiah 17:14

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

Bring your need honestly before God. This verse gives simple words when prayer feels difficult.

Psalm 103:2-3

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases.

Pause to remember God’s mercy and the hope you find in His care.

Isaiah 41:10

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

You do not have to hide your fear. Read this reminder of God’s presence slowly.

Psalm 41:3

The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.

Pray for strength through treatment, rest, and the moments when your body feels weak.

Isaiah 40:31

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Make room for rest and ask God for the strength you need for today.

Philippians 4:6-7

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Bring your worries and requests to God, one at a time, with thanksgiving.

James 5:14-15

Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

You need not walk alone. Ask trusted believers to pray with you.

Psalm 107:20

He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

Josie's Cancer Healing

Josie was brought to us by a friend Peter and had been diagnosed with cancer, having a growth the size of a golf ball on her neck. She had been to a Buddhist practitioner and tried many new age means to be healed, but nothing worked. After coming to our ministry and receiving just 2 weeks of prayer, the growth went down to as flat as a quarter, and Josie was able to walk up the stairs which previously I had to carry her up.

Grandfather's Lung Cancer Victory

This was my grandfather who was given 2 days to live and had a tumor the size of a small orange. After only 8 days of prayer, he went from his deathbed to being full of energy with an enormous appetite at the 30-day mark. They decided to recheck him for cancer and that tumor the size of an orange was undetectable. Not even the tip of a stick pen of cancer could be found in his body. The doctor said these words exactly: 'Mr. Taylor. Do you know how sick you were? We can't believe it. We couldn't help you.'

Pastor's Wife Cancer-Free

Countless healings took place during our four trips to the Philippines and many crusades and Healing and Deliverance meetings. Perhaps the most profound involved the wife of a pastor diagnosed with breast cancer. She had already undergone a double mastectomy, yet cancer remained in her body. We first connected over Zoom or Facebook video call, during which she shared how regular chemotherapy made her sick, fatigued, and without appetite. After prayer, she woke up the next morning with great appetite and strength, as confirmed by her husband. Two months later, upon arriving in the Philippines, we held Healing meetings at their church. By the grace of God, I prayed for her in the name of the Lord Jesus, and my missionary friend Steven Bibisi had a vision of the Lord standing behind us next to the drum set as I prayed for the woman. Upon examination, 80% of the cancer was gone. Later, her husband shared that she had been declared cancer-free—only Jesus can perform such a miracle.
